DryPro – Shipping
All orders received before 2:00pm (Monday to Friday excluding UK bank & public holidays) are dispatched the same day.
All orders received after 2:00pm (or at the weekend or UK bank or public holidays are dispatched the next working day)
Orders are dispatched via courier delivery and must be signed for when delivered.
Upon dispatch of your order, your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided when you ordered. If a mobile telephone number has been provided, tracking information will also be sent to your mobile.
Even though 99% of our customers receive their orders the next working day after dispatch, this is not a guaranteed service and we cannot accept any responsibility for delays in delivery.
The current Coronavirus pandemic has unfortunately introduced unavoidable delays throughout all couriers networks, we urge you to please be patient at this time.

DryPro – Returns Policy
Change of mind
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of your goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract, simply let us know by email at info@castcovers.co.uk within seven working days that you have changed your mind.
If we have shipped the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to us at your own cost and risk to the address below

Upon receipt of the returned goods a refund will be issued to your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days.
Due to the nature of the DryPro products and for hygienic reasons, the goods must be unopened and in their original condition, suitable for resale.
Shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued to you.
You will be charged a restocking fee of £2.00 for all returned items
We cannot accept any liability for any items returned by you but not received by us. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service
Faulty Product
All of our products carry a 90 day replacement warranty. If you have received a faulty product please contact us at info@castcovers.co.uk to arrange it’s return.

Upon receipt, the returned goods will be checked and if found to be faulty, an exact replacement product will be shipped to you at our cost and you will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the faulty product.
Please ensure that you check all measurements carefully before ordering, if the incorrect size has been ordered this does not deem the product faulty.
Please note that if you have damaged the product yourself by cutting it, or by excessive force in putting it on, it is not considered faulty. Take care around sharp objects such as pins, long fingernails etc. as damaging the product in this way does not deem it to be faulty.
